UNICORN GAMES LLC (Identification Code 45423156, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) pays special attention to the protection of its intellectual property rights. All assets created or used by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Assets”) are protected in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and international regulations.
What is protected?
The intellectual property assets owned by the Company or used under license include:

How can our materials be used?
The use of our Assets is allowed only with the Company’s written permission. This applies to:
- Copying, storing, or reproducing materials in any form;
- Publishing our materials on other platforms or websites;
- Using them for commercial or advertising purposes;
- Creating derivative works or modifying the original materials.
Without our permission, such actions will be considered a violation of copyright and other intellectual property laws.
What rights do third parties have?
The Company explicitly states that third parties (including partners, licensees, or any other individuals) do not have the right to:
- Claim ownership of any of our Assets, including trademarks, logos, or brand names;
- Use domain names, social media accounts, or other resources associated with the Company’s brand without prior approval.
In case of any disputes, we are always open to constructive dialogue but reserve the right to take legal action to protect our interests.
What to do in case of violations?
If unauthorized use of our Assets is detected, the Company reserves the right to:
- Demand the immediate cessation of use;
- Initiate legal action (civil, administrative, or criminal liability);
- File a lawsuit to protect its rights, including seeking compensation for damages.
We are also open to amicable resolutions and hope for a responsible attitude toward our intellectual property.
